An Act to include certain employees of a city or town in group 2 of the state retirement system.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 32 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended in section 3, by inserting in line 255 after the words “Cushing Hospital” , the following words:--, “employees of a city or town who are employed as building commissioners, inspectors of building or local building inspectors”.
