An Act relative to the state retirement system.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

An Act relative to the state retirement system.

The definition of “Group 4” as contained in section 3 (g) of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the words “licensed electricians,” the following:--

“heating, ventilation and air conditioning mechanics, mechanical maintenance men, consisting of plumbers, steam pipe fitters, facility technicians, building equipment mechanics, facilities mechanic, mechanical department foremen and immediate supervisors.”

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
