In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act to a retirement allowance for George Hooper.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, George Hooper of North Reading shall be eligible to receive a retirement allowance as established under section 94B of chapter 32. Said allowance shall, in all other respects, be subject to applicable provisions of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
