An Act relative to town health insurance plans.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 4 of chapter 32B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in line 18, the words “July first, nineteen hundred and ninety-two” and inserting in place thereof the of the following:- July 1, 2005.

SECTION 2.  Section 4 of said chapter 32B is amended further by striking, in line 29, the words “July first, nineteen hundred and ninety-two” and inserting in place thereof the of the following:- July 1, 2005. 

SECTION 3.  This act shall take effect upon passage.
