An Act to increase retirement benefits.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 90C of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended, by striking out, in lines 10 and 11, the words “served such city, town or district for a period of not less than twenty-five years” and inserting in their place the following words:- attained twenty-five years of creditable service
