 An Act relative to the minimum pension for teachers and state employees.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Section 90C of chapter 32 of the General Laws is amended by striking out the figure “$10,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$20,000.”
