In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to fire fighter training.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

 


      Chapter 32 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition is amended by

 

adding at the end of section 91 the following new paragraph: (f) Notwithstanding the provisions

 

of paragraphs (a) to (d) inclusive, a retired firefighter may be employed by the Department of

 

Fire Services as a training instructor in excess of 960 hours.
