An Act relative to the Department of Fire Services.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

           Chapter 32, Section 3 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition is

amended by adding in line 269 after the words “Group 1” the following: “any aforementioned

firefighter who accepts employment with the Department of Fire Services.”
