An Act relative to collective bargaining.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

  Section 1 Subsection (b) of section 7 of Chapter 150E is hereby amended by striking out after the word “Employer” in line 1 to the word “commission” in line 3.

  Subsection (c) of Section 7 of Chapter 150E is hereby repealed.
