In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act providing for the advice and consent of the Executive Council for appointments to the Civil Service Commission and the Labor Relations Commission.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

 

   Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 740 of the acts of 1964 and any general or special law to the contrary, appointments by the governor to the civil service commission and the labor relations commission shall be subject to the advice and consent of the executive council.
