 An Act relative to the retirement of clerk magistrates, assistant clerk magistrates, clerk of courts, assistant clerk of courts, recorder and registers of the trial court.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. CHAPTER 32, SECTION 3, SUBDIVISON (2), PARAGRAPH (g) OF THE

 

GENERAL LAWS IS HERBY AMENDED BY INSERTING IN GROUP 2, AFTER

 

THE WORDS “…ASSISTANT CHIEF COURT OFFICER OR COURT OFFICER …”

 

THE WORDS CLERK/MAGISTRATE, ASSISTANT CLERK MAGISTRATE,

 

CLERK OF COURTS, ASSISTANT CLERK OF COURTS, RECORDER AND

 

 REGISTER.
