An Act relative to vesting and portability of the pension system.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 1.  Chapter 32 is hereby amended in Section 10, subsection2, paragraph (b1/2) in the first sentence by changing the word ten to the word five.

Section 2.  The same chapter is amended in Section 11, subsection 1, paragraph (a) by deleting the second and third sentences of said paragraph.
