An Act creating the official men's accessory of the commonwealth.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 2 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after section 53 the following section:-

Section 54. The necktie shall be the official men’s accessory of the commonwealth.
