 An Act relative to children's survivor allowances.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

 

SECTION 1. Subsection (iii) of paragraph (2) of section 7 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, at the end of the 5th sentence, the words “section one hundred and two” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-   section one hundred and three.
