An Act relative to the forgiveness of Thomas Showronski's moral obligation. .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the Group Insurance Commission is hereby authorized and directed to forgive Thomas Skowronski of his outstanding moral obligation of $11,729.49 for the time period of February 14, 1996 through March 3, 2000, inclusively.
