In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act realtive to the retirement of Anthony Tomasiello.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, Anthony Tomasiello, a retired justice of the Nantucket division of the district court department of the trial court shall be credited one year and eight months of additional of creditable service in a judicial office and his retirement allowance shall be adjusted accordingly, such adjustment to be effective as of January 21, 1991.
