In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to the Massachusetts teachers' retirement board.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding paragraph (p) of subsection (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws the Massachusetts teachers’ retirement board shall grant Otis Magoun, Jr. creditable service for non-public school service rendered from November 1985 to September

1989 provided that he shall pay into the Annuity Savings Fund, in 1 sum or in installments, as the board shall determine, an amount equal to the regular deductions which would have been

deducted for said period together with regular interest thereon.
