An Act relative to retirement allowance computation.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Paragraph (2) (a) of Section 63 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following sentence: In computing a member's allowance in accordance to the following table, the percentage shall be increased to reflect fractional portions of age.
