An Act authorizing the Teachers Retirement Board to grant credible service to Toni Mancuso.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.        Notwithstanding subdivision (4A) of section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, the Massachusetts Teacher Retirement Board shall grant Toni Mancuso creditable service the period of time from 1974 to 1978 which she served as a non-public school teacher provided, however, she shall pay into the Annuity Savings Fund, in 1 sum or installments, as the board shall determine, an amount equal to the regular deductions which would have been deducted for said period together with regular interest thereon.
