An Act relative to amending disability or death caused by certain conditions of cancer.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 94B of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in chapter 65 of the acts of 2004, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “fire department,” in the first sentence, the following words:— “the State Police Dive Team or Crime Scene Services”.
