An Act relative to increasing the allowance of former state police officers retired after at least twenty years of service.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 90C¾ of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing n the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 1 and 2, the words “retired prior to July 1, 1992,”.
