In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act pertaining to the appointment of Firefighters.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any General or Special Law or Ordinance to the contrary disabled

veterans shall be hired in accordance with Chapter 31 Section 26 regardless of any

residency provision.
