An Act relative to the maximum salary for the basis of certain pensions.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION  1: Chapter 32 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition

is amended by striking section 22 (1) (b1/2).

SECTION 2: Section 50 of Chapter 367 of the Acts of The Acts of 1978 is hereby

repealed.
