In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act Requiring Fair Reporting of Hours Worked.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, any requested or supplied information with regard to any public employee’s yearly salary shall contain the total hours worked for said employee.
