An Act Relative To Moving Inspectors In The City Of Boston Into Group Two Of The State Retirement System.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 3(g) of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended to include the following titles in Group 2:

      Health Inspector, City of Boston Department of Inspectional Services

Environmental Sanitation Inspector, City of Boston Department of Inspectional Services

Deputy Sealer, City of Boston Department of Inspectional Services

Building Inspector, City of Boston Department of Inspectional Services

Plumbing/Mechanical Inspector, City of Boston Department of Inspectional Services
