 An Act Relative To The Restoration Of Creditable Service For A Certain Employee Of The Department Of Revenue.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.

 

Notwithstanding chapter 32 of the General Laws or any other special law to the contrary, Alan Nathan an employee of the Department of Revenue shall be entitled to purchase four (4) months of creditable service for purposes of Massachusetts state retirement for periods September, October, November and December 1985.
