An Act To Define Member Contribution For Retirement System.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section twenty-two of Chapter Thirty-two of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is amended in subsection (1)(b1/2) by deleting the fifth sentence of such subsection.
