An Act To Include Certain Civilian Job Classifications In Municipal Police Departments In Group Four Of The Retirement System.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 3(g) of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by including the titles:

Motor Equipment Repairman, Boston Police Department, Class I

Motor Equipment Repairman, Boston Police Department, Class II

Motor Equipment Repairman, Boston Police Department, Class III

Superintendent of Auto Maintenance

Supervisor of Auto Maintenance

Store Control Supervisor

in Group 4 of the retirement system.
