An Act relative to disability retirement benefits for certain veterans.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 157 of the acts of 2005 is hereby amended by adding the following section:-

Section 3.  The filing of the application no later than 120 days after the effective date of this act as set forth in section 2, shall not apply to World War II veterans.
