An Act to provide collective bargaining rights for certain employees of the Department of Education.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 15: Section 55A of the General Laws of Massachusetts is hereby amended in Paragraph 3, Line 16, by deleting after the words “and chapter 150E shall” the word “not.”

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
