In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to the state teachers' retirement board.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1:  Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the state teachers’ retirement board shall grant whatever creditable service is necessary to make Ms. Fran Ziperstein a full time employee for the years 1998-2004. The teachers’ retirement board is hereby authorized and instructed to make any changes or recalculations necessary to reflect this in her retirement allowance calculation.
