An Act relative to appointments to police service.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1: Section 26 of Chapter 31 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 56 and 57, the following words:— “and as a result of an assault of his person.”
