In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act authorizing John Kearney to be admitted into the State Police Academy.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule to the contrary, John Kearney shall be eligible to enroll in the next state police academy and provided he meets all requirements, shall be eligible for certification and appointment as a state police officer.
