In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to amending disability or death caused by certain conditions of cancer.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 94B of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as amended by chapter 26 of the Acts of 2006, is hereby further amended by inserting after the words “or a member of the state police K-9 unit”, the following words:— “or the State Police Dive Team, Hazardous Devices Section, or Crime Scene Services”.
