In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act to include certain employees of a city or town in group 2 of the state retirement system.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1998 Official Edition, is hereby amended in section 3, by inserting in line 276 after the words “licensed electricians”, the following words:— , “employees of a city or town who are employed as building commissioners, inspector of building or local building inspectors.”
