An Act relative to the disability pension of a certain retired state police officer.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Peter M. Green who is retired from the state police on a disability, shall be exempt from section 91A of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
