In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to the retirement rights of police officers in human service facilities.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section3(g) of Chapter 32 of the general laws is hereby amended to include all police officers at health and human service facilities.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
