An Act relative to National Guard pay .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 83 of chapter 33 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-

                (d) Amounts receive hereunder by members who are legal residents of the commonwealth shall be exempt from taxation under chapter 62.
