In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act providing creditable service for teaching service rendered in Bureau of Indian Affairs schools.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Subdivision (4) of section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding in line 438 after the words “Puerto Rico” the following: “and service rendered in schools conducted by the Bureau of Indian Affairs in the United States Department of the Interior”.
