In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to police career incentive pay program and salary increases .

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

   SECTION 1. Paragraph two of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, Section 108L is hereby amended by striking out the words: “in law enforcement or any course or degree program approved by the board of higher education prior to July first, 1976.”

   SECTION 2. Paragraph three of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, Section 108L is hereby amended by deleting the entire paragraph.

   SECTION 3. Paragraph six of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, Section 108L is hereby amended by striking out the words “in law enforcement” in all occurrences.
