In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act classifying certain county correctional personnel in Group 4 of the contributory retirement system.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting in the description of Group 2 in paragraph (g) of division (2) after the word “sheriff” the words:— special sheriff.

SECTION 2. Said section 3 of chapter 32 is hereby further amended by inserting in the description of Group 2 in paragraph (g) of subdivision (2) after the words “assistant deputy superintendent” the words :— institutional nurses, caseworkers.

SECTION 3. Said section 3 of chapter 32 is hereby further amended by inserting in the description of Group 4 in paragraph (g) of subdivision (2) after the word “sheriff” the words:— special sheriff.

SECTION 4. Said section 3 of chapter 32 is hereby further amended by inserting in the description of Group 4 in paragraph (g) of subdivision (2) after the words “assistant deputy superintendent” the words:— institutional nurses, caseworkers.
