An Act relative to annuity savings fund.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Chapter 32, Section 22 (6)(v)(b) as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking the words “individual savings accounts” in lines 689 and 690 and inserting in place thereof the words “a one year certificate of deposit”.
