An Act relative to the retirement benefits of certain rmployees of DSS.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Group 2 paragraph (g) of sub-division 2 of section 3 of chapter 32, as appearing in the Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “and perform duties assigned to them;” in the line____, the following words: “employees who hold the position of social worker A/B, C and D, special investigator A/B, case reviewer, human service assistant and human service coordinator or equivalent or successive titles at the department of social services;” and further, by inserting after the words “or other supervision of” in the line____, the following words: “abused and/or neglected children and their families, or children in protective custody pursuant to MGL, c. 119, §§ 22-51F;” and by inserting after the words “delinquents or wayward” in the line____, the following words: “/Children in Need of Services (CHINS)”
