 An Act relative to cost of living adjustments .

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

  SECTION 1. Section 102 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the figure “$12,000” in lines 32, 36, and 43 and inserting in place thereof the figure: “$20,000”.

  SECTION 2. Section 103 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the figure “$12,000 and inserting in place thereof the figure “$20,000”.
