An Act relative to in the line of duty injuries to county corrections officers .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 111F of Chapter 41 is hereby amended by adding at the end of the first paragraph the following:

The provisions of this section shall also apply in all respects to any corrections officer employed by a county Sheriff's Department as defined by Section 1 of Chapter 37.
