In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act to amend the definition of group two of the public employee retirement system .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws subsection (g) is hereby amended by placing Teamsters Local 127 of the Turnpike and the Electricians and Telecommunication Workers of the Toll Road, Bridges and Tunnels, Local 103, of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers into Group 2 of the retirement system.
