An Act to amend the definition of group two of the public employee retirement system.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws

subsection (g) is hereby amended by placing Steelworker’s Local

5696 of the Turnpike into Group 2 of the retirement system.
