 An Act relative to certain abatements.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

 

Chapter 59 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 74 the following section:—

 

Section 74A. Any person who qualifies for an annual abatement under this chapter shall have such abatement increase by the percentage of any tax increase.
