 An Act relative to the Community Preservation Act.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Subsection (e of section 3 of chapter 44B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out paragraph (1) and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph (1):-

 

(1) For property owned and occupied as a domicile by a person 65 years of age or older
