An Act relative to the valuation of real property.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 38D of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 6, by striking the word “shall” and inserting in place thereof the word “may”.
